This is our very first project started in 2006 and has been developed a lot since then. Our eco-park of the future in 2024 includes 3 manufacturing units where one can make organic jams and juices, process meat or craft some healthy yoghurt with organic ingredients. All raw materials are provided by our animal farms (Hungarian gray cattle and Hungarian-bred pigs, called ‘mangalica’). The park also has a study farm where students experiment with growing a variety of herbs to be used in the restaurant of the nearly complete hemp hotel.
